New professional services clients for SHC

Sarah Hall Consulting is delighted to be welcoming two new professional services clients on board. Newcastle-based Sherpa Business Consultancy and Northumbrian Management Services have appointed us to help raise their profiles and profits through targeted communications activity.

Fast gaining a reputation for its success in raising finance for clients, Sherpa Business Consultancy helps businesses become investor-ready and cope with growth – a critical support service that is increasingly sought-after following the cut in public sector funds.

Northumbrian Management Services works closely with businesses with a £5m+ turnover to identify and deliver cost and efficiency savings. This service is generating increased interest due to the economic climate and the fact fees are taken from the cost savings made – making it an affordable option where budgets are under pressure.

Sarah Hall Consulting already has a number of professional services clients, including the Newcastle office of IP Group plc, managers of the Finance for Business North East Technology Fund and law firm Swinburne and Jackson LLP, which has five offices across the region.

The consultancy has taken on a number of projects in the last three months, as well as additional work for Asian Business Connexions, a social enterprise that builds relationships between the North East and Asian business communities. It also recently extended its contract with The Spice Cube Indian restaurant in The Gate, which won best in North East at the British Curry Awards in November.

Pete Watson, managing director of Sherpa Business Consultancy, said: “Sherpa has just had an extremely successful first year in business and we have ambitious plans for 2011.  As part of this, we require a strong communications campaign and the team at Sarah Hall Consulting has an excellent knowledge of our offering and the marketplace in which we operate. We liaise directly with Sarah Hall who is extremely accessible, proactive and full of relevant ideas – she also has an equal amount of ambition, which makes for a dynamic and forward thinking team.”

Will Fatherley, director of Northumbrian Management Services, commented: “As the business grows, so do our marketing needs. The team at Sarah Hall Consulting quickly grasped our business objectives and demonstrated how its work could generate the results required in a timely and cost effective manner.  What has impressed is that the ideas don’t just relate to PR – the team adds value to the business in a wide variety of ways.”

As well as the development and implementation of bespoke PR and marketing plans, Sarah Hall Consulting offers clients a comprehensive review of any current marketing spend to see where this can be refined to generate the greatest return on investment.

Managing director of Sarah Hall Consulting, Sarah said: “Businesses should always be confident of getting the most from their marketing and we spend time ensuring that whatever our clients are doing, this generates the results they require.  With PR, it is not always about media coverage generation but reaching customers in the way they want to be reached and there are many ways in which you can do this.

“Northumbrian Management Services and Sherpa are excellent brands that we’re delighted to welcome on board – we’re look forward to helping them build their businesses in 2011.”
