Embleys Estate Agents moves forward with Sarah Hall Consulting

Great news to report - a fantastic new coastal estate agent has signed up Sarah Hall Consulting to raise its profile and generate new enquiries from prospective house buyers in the North Tyneside area. Recently launched Embleys, which is based in Whitley Bay, decided to use us after we demonstrated a solid understanding of the business’s needs and in depth property market experience built over a number of years.

Our brief is to communicate how Embleys helps its clientele sell their properties with ease by managing the entire process from start to finish, including liaison with solicitors and all parties in the chain.  In addition to handling its media relations activity, the consultancy is advising on other ways in which the estate agency can engage directly with its target audiences.

Julie Nelson, managing director of Embleys, said: “I first engaged with Sarah Hall when the business was at a very early stage and as well as helping me crystallize my thinking, she signposted me to various support providers and helped make Embleys a reality.

“Since that point, we have devised a clear strategy for reaching my key markets and this is already making an impact in terms of brand awareness. It helps that Sarah Hall Consulting is based in Whitley Bay too because the coastal market has very specific needs and it means the team is perfectly placed to understand these and respond to them effectively.”

Sarah Hall, managing director of Sarah Hall Consulting, said:  “Embleys embodies best practice in terms of customer service in the residential property market. The offering is straight-forward, innovative and designed with the customer in mind which makes the PR job a lot simpler because the results are there to be seen.

“Having worked in the past with prestigious clients such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Miller Homes North East and Yuill Homes, it is a pleasure to use the market knowledge gained to benefit a great new brand that is doing very well and which in the long term looks set to be a strong regional player.”
